Orders placed before 4pm on a working day will be dispatch on the same day with our nominated courier, UK Mail, on a next working day delivery service. We are unable to deliver the next working day to certain areas of the UK and on orders placed during a bank holiday weekend. These may take 1-2 working days to arrive *Please see the full delivery policy for exclusions
Free delivery will be automatically available to select in checkout on orders for full price items during promotion periods. Orders placed before 4pm on a working day will be despatched the same working day on a next working day delivery service with UK Mail.
Your despatch confirmation email will include a tracking number and a link to the delivery company’s website should you need to track your order.
Regrettably we cannot deliver outside of the UK. However, Start-rite shoes are also stocked in 38 countries worldwide, many of our international retailers are listed on our STOCKIST LIST.

Returns Policy
We offer free returns on all orders, including sale items. Simply return the unwanted items, via the Post Office, using the pre-paid label provided within 28 days of receipt.
