Terms and conditions
- These terms and conditions are the terms (“Terms”) that apply to the promotion, customers participating in the promotion agree to be bound by these Terms.
- You can find your unique link on the order confirmation page when making a purchase online at www.startriteshoes.com. To participate, share your unique link with family and friends by selecting your chosen social media channel in the pop-up box (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Whatsapp).
- You can refer as many Friends as you like. You cannot refer yourself.
- Once you share your unique link with your Friends, they have one month in which to use it.
- Your Friends must follow the unique link and use the code shown to receive 15% off full price items (the “Qualifying Purchase”).
- Each time your Friend makes a Qualifying Purchase, you will receive 20% off your next full price purchase. This discount will be emailed to you approximately 5 days after your Friends make their Qualifying Purchase. You then have one month in which to use it, before it expires.
- The 15% and 20% off discounts (the “Discount Offers”) are available online at www.startriteshoes.com only and on full price products only.
- The Discount Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount. Only one code can be used per order and each code can be used only once.
- This offer may be amended or withdrawn at any time at the Promoter’s discretion without notice.
- Start-Rite reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms without notice in the event that there is any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Start-Rite’s reasonable control. Any changes will be posted with these Terms.
- In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms, conduct, results and all other matters relating to this, the decision of Start-Rite shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
- The Discount Offers and Terms will be governed by English Law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
